The arrests took place during “Operation Nightmare” in the early morning hours, according to reports citing Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux.
According to Boudreaux records, the shooter who reportedly shot the mother and child in the back of the heads was Culprit Noah.
Noah was discovered in Visalia and safely taken into jail.
Before Police launched Operation Nightmare to investigate the six-person massacre, Boudreaux was given the DNA evidence.
All deceased were shot during a cartel-style execution, according to autopsy reports.
Tim Ward, the district attorney, revealed that both individuals are accused of six counts of murder as well as additional offenses.
